Can I get this item by xxx date?
I will do the very best I can to get this item to you on time, but because of the nature of shipping, I cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?
I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. If an item has already been sent into production and/or shipped out I can not cancel or refund the order.
Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns.
I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order.
